Although the ini­tial six month open enroll­ment period for Wash­ing­ton Health Plan Finder closed March 31, it will reopen in mid-November.  How­ever,  many peo­ple can now enroll because they qual­ify for Med­ic­aid (Apple Health in Wash­ing­ton ) or have a “qual­i­fy­ing event”.
