Erin Miga’s Bio

Erin com­pleted her PhD in Clin­i­cal Psy­chol­ogy at the Uni­ver­sity of Vir­ginia, where she spe­cial­ized in ado­les­cent devel­op­ment and emo­tion reg­u­la­tion in the con­text of couple’s con­flict. Erin com­pleted her clin­i­cal intern­ship year at Cam­bridge Hos­pi­tal, Har­vard Med­ical School, where she spe­cial­ized in child, ado­les­cent and fam­ily ther­apy. She is cur­rently a post­doc­toral fel­low at the BRTC and at Behav­ioral Tech, a train­ing orga­ni­za­tion for evidence-based prac­tices, includ­ing DBT. Her clin­i­cal and research inter­ests are in emo­tion reg­u­la­tion and inter­per­sonal con­flict in the fam­ily con­text, mind­ful­ness, and PTSD.
