Intern­ships for UW under­grad­u­ate stu­dents in Cin­ema Stud­ies, Com­par­a­tive Lit­er­a­ture, Cre­ative Writ­ing, and Eng­lish are offered with the coöper­a­tion of var­i­ous orga­ni­za­tions to pro­vide a sup­ple­men­tary edu­ca­tional expe­ri­ence. As an intern, you will have the oppor­tu­nity to acquire sig­nif­i­cant work expe­ri­ence related to your major. You will also have the chance to learn new skills, explore career inter­ests, and meet new social and intel­lec­tual chal­lenges.  In most cases, aca­d­e­mic credit for intern­ships is avail­able.
