Q. The new downstairs printer is really a problem. Students deserve something that prints faster than 1 page per 2 minutes. (I timed it). Please, can something be done?
A. After several conversations with Creative Communications, we believe that Creative Communications has isolated the problem and put a solution in place. Do let us know if printing continues to be an issue. Including additional information such as the date you encountered printing issues, whether you were trying to print from a PC in the lab, the new scan station, or a laptop, and what type of document you were trying to print (course reserve, pdf file, Word document) will also help Creative Communications troubleshoot any future issues.
