Acclaimed Seattle musician Toby Saks dies

Cel­list Toby Saks, a founder of the Seat­tle Cham­ber Music Soci­ety who led the group’s pop­u­lar fes­ti­vals for years and who was the third woman ever to play with the New York Phil­har­monic, died Aug. 1, 2013, of a fast-spreading cancer.”
