As I’m sure most of you are already aware, WordPress 3.3 has been released into the wild. After the release has some time to settle down and 3.3.1 is released, I’ll begin preparations for upgrading the main blogs network to 3.3.

Good idea. Can we get this done soon, before production release? Otherwise blog owners will see a reminder about upgrading to 3.3.1. And, I wonder if we can arrange things so that blog owners never see a version prompt. That would seem to be preferred since we promised to manage the service for them.
In theory only network admins see those notices.
