Volunteers Needed for Transportation Professionals Networking Event- Feb 13th

NEEDED: Student Volunteers for the Joint ITE/IMSA meeting on Monday Feb. 13th
Washington State Institute of Transportation Engineers (WAITE) is looking for volunteers who would be willing to assist for instance with the vendor presentations (time keeping, technical support, etc.) and getting attendees signed in.
The Washington State Section of ITE and the Northwest Section of IMSA Annual Joint Meeting and Vendor Exhibition is the premier trade show in the Pacific Northwest for traffic and transportation related products. In addition, it has excellent technical programs focusing on most relevant issues and industry trends. This joint meeting has become one of the best learning and networking platforms for meeting attendees including those from local agencies and engineering firms in Washington, Oregon, Alaska, Canada, Idaho and Montana.
This year’s event will be held at the Doubletree Hotel (18740 International Boulevard, Seattle, WA 98188) on Monday, February 13, 2017 from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. This event is FREE for all to attend, park and network! Lunches will be provided for those who wish to volunteer! More information can be found at https://2017-ite-imsa.eventbrite.com.
This is an excellent way to network with professionals in the transportation/traffic industry from both the private and public sectors!
If there are any questions, or you would like to sign up as a volunteer, please contact Jose Luis Machado Leon at jlmaleon@uw.edu.
