SEAeD’s annual internship program is now live. We have 3-paid internship positions available. No prior experience is required. Deadline to apply is May 1, 2018.

SEAeD’s mission is to promote solidarity among the Southeast Asian American community, to raise awareness regarding educational access issues and resources, and to promote a community wide climate and initiative that is conducive to personal growth, empowerment, equity and leadership.


As an intern for the Southeast Asian American Education Coalition, you will be responsible for organizing community events, hosting informational and leadership workshops, develop strategies for community outreach, and develop skills such as public speaking, collaboration through leadership and team work, priority/goal setting, and public relations.


Furthermore, interns are expected to attend initial orientation set for May 6th as well as commit 5 hours per week and one required team or board meeting every week. The internship will run from May 2018 to December 31 2018. In addition to the experience gained, interns will earn a stipend of $500. There are 3 slots available.
