City of Seattle – Senior Training Specialist

City of Seattle Department of Human Resources seeking  candidates for Senior Training Specialist to join the Learning, Development, and Organizational Effectiveness team in developing, delivering, and improving the existing curriculum to provide inclusive learning experiences. The person in this role will be joining a team that is passionate about promoting organizational growth and learning through equitable practices. This position will give someone the opportunity to spend 3-4 days a week applying their passion for adult learning through facilitating training, workshops, and seminars, as well as be part of the nationally-recognized Supported Employment Program by providing daily direction and supervision to administrative support staff.
