iVein Health & Wellness Scholarship

Application Deadline: August 31, 2020

Attending college can be stressful and taxing – often affecting students’ health and wellness. IVC (iVein.com), the trusted leader in preventing and treating vein disease, understands the importance of learning and practicing healthy habits during the formative college years and is offering the iVein® Health and Wellness Scholarship to reward students who are committed to a lifetime of healthy habits.

Two scholarships of $2,500 each will be awarded annually. Recipients are only eligible to receive the scholarship once. The scholarship funds will be sent directly to the financial aid office of the winning candidate’s institution.

Though the scholarship’s introductory paragraph focuses on weight gain and health, the essay prompt for this award is fairly broad and open to a variety of strategies for promoting healthy lifestyles during college.

  • Undergraduates or graduates enrolled in an accredited US college or university
  • Enrolled full time (12 credit hours for undergraduate students, 9 credit hours for graduate students)
  • Cumulative GPA of at least 3.7
    • Medical school students may provide proof of their pass/ fail classes.
