  • Award amount: $5,000 for first year; $10,000 for second year
  • Restricted to DACA recipients and U.S. citizens

The Johnson & Johnson/NMF Future Leaders Scholarship Program is a 2-year, service-learning program designed to expose high performing underrepresented minority (URM)* medical (MD, MD/PhD, DO, DO/PhD) students with analytical skill sets that will prepare them to become future clinician and research leaders with a commitment to address the structural and systemic factors, which cause the health disparities that disproportionately affect communities of color. In addition, the program will expose students to various functions within the pharmaceutical, medical devices and healthcare industries where physicians play a key role.
