Metrics Monday | Landfill Reduction
We’re back on track! Our waste diverted from landfill numbers fell a bit in 2016 but 2017 saw that number rise to 64% again, putting us back on track to meet our goal of 70% diversion by 2020. Good job UW Recycling for getting us back on the path to success!!!

This is a trend line we’re very happy to see. Though there’s been a very small uptick in water usage over the last two years,on the Seattle campus, the big picture shows a reduction in water usage.
