The MMRC has two mass spectrometers; a Waters Xevo G2-S QTOF and a Waters Xevo TQ-S triple quadrupole.  Both instruments can be interfaced with either a Waters Acquity UPLC and a nanoUPLC. Also, we have full software workflow for metabolomics and proteomics analyses.
