Dr. Georgios Kotsakis Awarded 2016 AAP Teaching Fellowship

During this year’s AAP meeting in San Diego, our own Dr. Georgios Kotsakis was awarded an AAP Teaching Fellowship. From the AAP Foundation website: the “AAP Teaching Fellowship is intended to support the young periodontal educator’s commitment to a career in academia”.

We are lucky to have Dr. Kotsakis here on the faculty at the UW – please join us in congratulating him on his achievement!

UW Alumni, Faculty and Residents at the 2016 AAP Meeting

One of the best parts of the annual AAP meeting is the chance to catch up with alumni, visit with everyone and meet the new residents who’ve joined the UW Perio family. The biggest gathering is the Schluger Dinner, but there are plenty of other opportunities to get together during the meeting as well.
