Monday, August 15 is the last day to pre-register for STLS-2016. Pre-registration is free.
After August 15, the only way to register for the workshop will be on site, September 8-10. An on-site registration fee will be charged.
The workshop program has now been finalized. If you are a presenter or session chair, please check the time and inform the organizers of any problem. If you are a presenter, please confirm the spelling of your name and your presentation title, and inform the organizers if any corrections are needed.
The conference is less than six weeks away! Please make note of the following deadlines:
August 7: Deadline to receive guaranteed reduced hotel rate at Deca Hotel and Travelodge (Lodging page)
August 15: Deadline for free pre-registration (Registration page)
September 1: Deadline to update abstracts (for inclusion in the abstract booklet) (Abstract update page)
Pre-registration for the workshop is now open!
Pre-registration will be open until August 15. After that date, only on-site registration will be possible. Thanks to the generosity of our sponsoring institutions, we do not anticipate requiring a fee for pre-registration.
Anyone attending the conference, whether presenting or not, should register. We need an accurate count of the number of people attending.
Pre-registration for STLS-2016 will open on Monday, May 30. Registration will be available via this web site.
Results of abstract review have been sent out by email to authors. If you have not received email about your abstract, please check your spam folder to see if email from email@example.com has been filtered there. Contact the Organizing Committee at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have not received a notification.
We anticipate opening registration in mid-May. When registration opens, an announcement will be posted here and send out by email.
If you need an official letter from the conference organizers stating that your abstract has been accepted for presentation, please contact email@example.com with your request.
Abstract submission is now closed. We have received over 45 abstracts for the workshop. We are delighted with the response to the call for abstracts and the strong interest in the workshop.
The Scientific Committee will be working on abstract review during the month of March, and we anticipate sending out notification of acceptances and rejections some time in April.
